Permission to use the platform

The platform owner grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use ORt for its intended creative functions, subject to these terms and applicable feature access. This is not a license to redistribute proprietary platform source, branding or original platform assets as your own. Mandatory legal rights and third-party open-source licenses remain unaffected.

Your creations

You retain any rights you hold in your models, drawings, music, maps, photos and other submissions. Private local content is not made public by this agreement. If you choose to upload or publish, you grant only the permission needed for ORt to store, process and display that content for the feature you selected. Store listings and purchases remain subject to the existing store agreement, purchase access and exchange terms; this page does not change prices, fees or entitlements.

You must have permission for content you upload or sell. AI assistance, model similarity, export stamps and verification labels do not establish copyright ownership or physical authenticity.

Third-party licenses and maps

Third-party components and assets retain their own licenses. Leaflet is distributed under the BSD-2-Clause license; map data displayed from OpenStreetMap is subject to the Open Database License and required attribution. No Google affiliation is claimed. Public map tiles are not included in offline packs.

Simulation and road references

Meep, Roll laser grids, virtual sensors and automatic driving are digital modeling simulations, not real vehicle control, engineering certification or emergency services. Personal road reports and saved dashcam photos are unverified and may be outdated. Offline packs are saved references, not live imagery or safety-certified navigation. Do not operate these tools while driving.

Availability and legal review

Features depend on device capability and service availability; no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free predictions is made. These draft terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The platform owner should obtain qualified legal review and confirm their legal identity before relying on this as a final agreement.
